At computer cafés all over Europe the wonder boys of our technological future have their eyes firmly fixed on the screens. These young people may determine the competitiveness of the economy and
are vital to the future of TDC, Denmark's largest telecom company. How can TDC attract and relate to the most media-conscious consumers of all?
With clear reference to the history of computer games TDC uses the design universe created by e-Types to level with the users of the Boomtown gaming cafés. The design
elements are iconisations of the design tradition of computer games. Accordingly TDC was given a coherent packaging, interiors and graphic identity for Boomtown in which the users can inscribe
their own identity and lifestyle.
