IL caters to the modern urban male - selling accessories and garments ranging from the absolute top of the fashion A-list to lesser-known cult labels, favoring quality and impeccable style in each
item brought in. e-Types wanted their visual identity to reflect their ultra-modern style while paying homage to the traditions that inspire them.
Their ultra-cool take on menswear combines a new masculine sensibility with elements of dandyism. Eschewing dress-up boys and metro-sexuals, favoring a more nuanced and ultimately democratic look
at the urban male, their style is cool and crisp with a relaxed raffish attitude. Each item reflects impeccable style, quality and utility.
Pulling inspiration from Italian tailoring traditions and combining it with modern American utility and leisure wear, e-Types´ design emulates the discreet neck- and sleeve label, opting for an understated and elegant look combined with a more rugged choice of typography. Wanting to avoid flash while making each element of the identity unique, e-Types worked with different textures, weights and materials for shopping bags, business cards, receipt books etc. creating a look truly worthy of the craftsmanship and quality of the goods sold inside.
